NetOPS
A complete monitoring and observability platform for your servers, applications, network devices, and cloud infrastructure.
NetOPS is the core of the Netwatch platform. It gives you real-time visibility into the health, performance, and availability of everything in your environment — from bare-metal servers and network switches to SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
What you can do
- Monitor performance — track CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization across your fleet.
- Get alerted early — receive notifications by email, SMS, or platforms like Microsoft Teams the moment a threshold is crossed.
- Visualize everything — build dashboards and widgets that show the state of your infrastructure at a glance.
- Automate responses — trigger scripts or remediation actions when problems are detected.
- Integrate widely — connect cloud providers, firewalls, hypervisors, and SaaS platforms through API integrations.

Architecture at a glance
A typical Netwatch deployment has three parts:
- The Netwatch server — hosted by us or deployed in your environment, depending on your deployment model.
- WatchNodes — lightweight collectors deployed inside network segments that relay data back to the server.
- Agents and integrations — installed on hosts or connected over SNMP and vendor APIs to feed telemetry into the platform.
Once data is flowing, QUARK can correlate it across hosts and services to surface insights and recommended fixes, while SecureOPS covers the security side of your environment.
